Reply With AI is a tool that uses artificial intelligence to generate reply suggestions for conversations you provide. The Service is intended as an aid to help you craft responses and is not a substitute for your own judgment, due diligence, or professional advice.

2. User Accounts and Content

You are responsible for any text, images, or other content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). You retain all rights to Your Content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You must not upload any content that is illegal, hateful, libelous, or infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Google account used to access the Service.

3. Subscription Tiers and Payments

Each tier has specific limits on features, such as the number of weekly reply generations and access to conversation history. Features and pricing are subject to change. All payments are handled through a secure third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card information.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, reverse-engineering the Service, attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or using the Service to generate spam or malicious content.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding its reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated content may contain errors, be inaccurate, or be inappropriate. You must review and validate all suggestions before use. We are not responsible for the outcomes of any conversations where you use suggestions from our Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reply With AI, its affiliates, and its personnel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including for a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
